Anterior Cerebral Artery

Artery formed by the bifurcation of the Internal Carotid Artery (Carotid Artery, Internal). Branches of the anterior Cerebral Artery supply the Caudate Nucleus; Internal Capsule; Putamen; Septal Nuclei; Gyrus Cinguli; and surfaces of the Frontal Lobe and Parietal Lobe.
